Orders and Shipping
How do I place an order?
Add the products you want to your cart, review your order, and complete the checkout form with your contact and shipping information. After submitting the order, you’ll receive a reference number and offline payment instructions. Orders are reserved for 48 hours while awaiting payment.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Cash App, cash or money order by mail, and Bitcoin. Select your preferred method during checkout. The applicable payment instructions are provided after your order is submitted.
How do you ship orders?
U.S. shipping is $8, and domestic merchandise orders of $75 or more qualify for free shipping. We also ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Australia, all EU member countries, and selected destinations in South America, Africa, and Asia. International rates appear after the country is selected at checkout. Orders normally ship within 5 business days after payment is confirmed.
How long does shipping take?
Seeds ship within 5 business days of confirmed payment.
Do orders include freebies?
Yes. Every order includes complimentary freebies. Orders containing products from the Arcana Collection also include a custom tarot card in addition to the standard freebies. Freebies may vary and are subject to availability.
Seeds and Genetics
Where can I find information about the strains?
Each product page includes the strain lineage, description, seed type and quantity, price, Hash Potential rating, and available product images. You can also use the shop search, filters, and sorting tools to find a particular release.
Do you sell regular and feminized seeds?
Yes, both feminized and regular seeds are available. Check product page for seed type details.
Store Policies
Who may use this site or place an order?
This website and its products are intended only for adults age 21 or older. Customers must also be legally permitted to purchase, receive, possess, and use the products in their state and local jurisdiction.
What is your refund and replacement policy?
Seed sales are generally final. If an order is incorrect, missing an item, or visibly damaged in transit, email messiahseeds@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of delivery with the order reference and clear photographs. Approved resolutions may include replacement, store credit, or another appropriate remedy.
Do you guarantee germination or cultivation results?
No. Seeds are biological material, and results depend on storage, handling, environment, technique, and other conditions outside our control. We do not guarantee germination, phenotype, yield, potency, resin production, extraction performance, or other cultivation outcomes.
What happens if a package is lost, damaged, or seized?
Contact us with the order reference for review. Keep damaged packaging and provide photographs. Replacements are not automatic and depend on tracking, address accuracy, documentation, and the circumstances. Packages seized or returned because of legal restrictions or customer ineligibility are not automatically eligible for refund or replacement.
Who is responsible for checking state and local laws?
The customer is responsible for determining whether ordering, receiving, possessing, germinating, cultivating, transferring, or using products is legal in their location. An accepted order or shipment is not a legal determination or authorization.
How is my personal information used?
We use contact, shipping, order, device, and site-usage information to operate the store, fulfill and support orders, communicate with customers, secure the site, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. Information may be shared with Wix, carriers, and other service providers as needed to provide these services.
